Terms and Ordering Information


Thank you for choosing Golden Royal Saddlery Inc.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.  You may use e-commerce to order on-line using a credit card or a bank debit card.  You can print the one line order form and fax the order to (317) 862-3309 again using a credit or debit card.  You may print the order form and mail your order to 12603 Southeastern Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46259.  You may place a phone order Monday through Saturday between the hours of 10:00a.m. and 5:00p.m. (EST).  Our order department phone number is TOLL FREE 1-800-331-7209. 

We encourage you to use the e-commerce method to purchase our products.  the e-commerce order form is secure and safe.  Orders are processed within 24 hours if ordered via e-commerce.  You will be notified by e-mail if an item is not in stock or is on back order.

 

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

We guarantee your complete satisfaction. Most of our saddles come with a written manufacturer's warranty card. The merchandise purchased from us must fit both the horse and /or rider. If your order is not satisfactory for any reason, it may be returned, unused, within (fifteen) 15 days for credit, exchange or refund. In store credit given if merchandise has been used or reciept and merchandise labels are missing.

 

PRICES

Golden Royal Saddlery offers you the finest quality merchandise at low prices, some of our items are specially priced for catalog sales only, and our store prices may be higher on some products. We strive to maintain fair honest pricing but we do reserve the right to change prices or limit merchandise if our cost should increase or economic conditions warrant.

 

TERMS

For prompt handling of your order, enclose cashier's check, money order, bank draft, or check prior to shipment, personal checks must be allowed to clear the bank prior to shipment. All transactions are to be paid in U. S. funds ONLY. If we ship within the sate of Indiana 6% sales tax will be added to your purchase. Sales tax will be added if product is shipped to Michigan, Ohio, Wisconsin and Illinois.

CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDERS

Personalized items are non-refundable (engraved, monogrammed etc).  Before placing the order be sure of size, spelling, color etc.  All custom orders must be made by FAX, E-mail or letter to varify spelling, NO EXCEPTION.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

USA

We ship U.P.S. unless otherwise requested. Shipping charges are computed by using the following chart

If your order is:

Under $20.00 you will be charged $7.00

$20.01 to 50.00 you will be charged $9.00

$50.01 to 100.00 you will be charged $12.00

$100.01 to 200.00 you will be charged $15.00

$200.01 to 300.00 you will be charged $17.00

OVER $300.00 you will be charged $19.00

All saddle orders will have $10 in additional shipping added to cover oversize and insurance costs.

We reserve the right to bill you for any additional shipping charges.

CAUTION: U.P.S. and Federal Express DO NOT Deliver to post office boxes. You must provide a street address in the shipping section of each order.

NOTE: Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are by United Parcel 2nd Day Air. Actual U.P.S. rates will be charged for each shipment, you must indicate clearly on your order how you want your order shipped.

 

FOREIGN

Merchandise is shipped worldwide by Golden Royal Saddlery and payable in U.S. Dollars ONLY. To estimate shipping charges contact an air express at your local airport for current rates. We reserve the right to bill you for any additional shipping charges and will promptly return overcharges.

 

SUBSTITUTIONS & BACKORDERS

Golden Royal Saddlery Inc. maintains a very extensive inventory but due to the high response from our catalog we occasionally run out of stock on a particular item.  Items that are no longer available will be deleted from your order and prepayments refunded.   Backorders may be cancelled at any time.  Indicate if substitutions or backorders are not acceptable at the time of order.

 

RETURN POLICY

Golden Royal Saddlery will accept returns within 15 days of delivery of merchandise. Items returned with in the 15-day timeframe will receive a full refund, provided:

Sales invoice is returned with merchandise.

All manufacturers' labels tags and instructions are returned with merchandise.

Full refunds can ONLY be given if the merchandise shows NO signs of wear and the items are returned within 15 days. If returned after 15 days or the merchandise shows wear, a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged. Any merchandise returned after 30 days will be exchange or in-store credit only. Absolutely no returns or exchanges after 60 days. We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the merchandise shows any signs of abuse or mis-use.

NOTE: Golden Royal Saddlery is NOT responsible for RETURNED SHIPPING CHARGES.

 

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Claims for missing items or damaged merchandise should be filed by you with the delivering carrier at once. Merchandise damaged in shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.

CONTACT CARRIER IF ITEM IS DAMAGED.
